Where are we with Helvetia, and what do I still owe them?
Phase 2 slipped to 19 January at Monday's steering committee. Andrea Vogt accepted it, but on the condition it's the last slip she can defend to the board.
You have three open commitments on this project:
- The written cost delta for the 11-week slip — due 12 Sept, four days late. Priska needs it before board papers close on the 28th.
- Reconfirm the January date with the integration vendor — due 23 Sept.
- Marc Dubois owes you the Romandie test fixtures — due 19 Sept. That's the gap that caused the August regression, so it's worth chasing.
One thing worth knowing before you write the cost delta: in the technical session on 8 September, Marc's team costed mainframe write-back at eleven weeks against a twelve-week phase, and it was dropped permanently rather than deferred. If the board asks why the number moved, that decision is the answer.

Consulting doesn't happen on one platform. You take your client's meeting link, on your client's guest wifi, sometimes on your client's laptop. A recorder that needs installing, or a bot that needs inviting, fails exactly there.

Both sides, separately
Your mic and the far end are recorded on their own channels, so two people talking over each other doesn't collapse into one unreadable voice.
The honest limits. Chrome, Edge, Brave or Comet on desktop — Firefox and Safari cannot share audio with a web page at all, and there's a desktop recorder for those. Keep the tab open while recording. And nothing announces Notizli to the other participants, so telling the room is on you — what that means in Switzerland and the EU.

Every call is filed to a client and a project as it finishes — no folders, no renaming, no moving things afterwards. Six months in, “where are we with this client?” has an answer that doesn't involve scrolling.

Every task carries an owner and whether it's yours or theirs — so "what am I waiting on?" is a question with an answer.
One search across everything
What was said about the January date, the rate, the scope — whichever meeting it was in, whichever language it was in.
Your meetings are not always in one language. Neither is Notizli.
A steering committee that opens in German, argues in English and closes in French is a normal Tuesday here. Most tools built elsewhere treat that as an error condition.
- Automatic detection. You never pick a language before a call, and you never pick the wrong one.
- Mixed languages in one meeting. Switching mid-sentence between German, French and English is handled inside the same transcript.
- Minutes in the language you need. The summary doesn't have to match the call — hold the meeting in German, send the minutes in English.
- Swiss German, understood. Dialect is transcribed into standard German, so all your meetings can be transcribed — not only the ones held in Hochdeutsch.
You are recording someone else's confidential meeting.
That is the part every alternative glosses over. Your client's legal team is allowed to ask where the recording goes, and you should be able to answer in one sentence.
