Notizli connector for Claude
This page is written to be forwarded to an IT or security administrator. It explains exactly what the Notizli connector does, how it authenticates, and what it can and cannot reach.
/mcpWhat Notizli is
Notizli records meetings, transcribes them, and extracts summaries and follow-up items. Each user has their own account and sees only their own meetings. The connector lets that same user ask Claude about their meetings and manage their own follow-ups, instead of copying transcripts into a chat window.

What it can access
Installing it
Two supported routes, depending on the organisation's policy:
- Administrator installs it once for the organisation, in Claude's organisation settings, using the URL above. It then appears in every member's connector list, and each member still signs in to Notizli individually. This does not require enabling member-added custom connectors.
- Each member adds it themselves in Claude under Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector (direct link), using the same URL. This requires the organisation to permit member-added connectors.
Data handling
Recordings, transcripts and extracted items are stored in Notizli's managed database with row-level security per user; recordings are held in a private bucket reachable only through short-lived signed links. The connector returns only the specific records a request asks for — it does not bulk-export, and it does not push data anywhere on its own.
